Reiki (ray-kee)

We have all been placed on Earth to discover our own path, let us uncover yours.

  • Reiki activates the natural healing processes in your body. 

  • The practice promotes relaxation and minimizes insomnia, and lowers blood pressure.

  • The practice shines a light on your uniqueness, engendering a greater compassion for yourself. 

  • Reiki taps into your intuition, and allows you to access your joy.

  • It increases body awareness, and promote mind and body connection.

  • It clarifies blocks that could be holding you back.

  • It encourages a greater sense of well-being and overall health, and assists with hormonal imbalance.

  • It allows you to see yourself from another perspective.

  • It grants clarity on issues that may not be presenting themselves in your head, but showing up in your body.

  • Reiki has been found to reduce pain, decrease stress, anxiety and depression.

  • It increases body image, love and acceptance towards self (great for kids and teens).

  • Reiki help you feel grounded and supported.


Reiki can be performed remotely from a distance or in person. I suggest you pick whichever feels most comfortable to you. Every practitioner uses the same principles but will provide a different experience unique to them. Since Reiki enhances all other healing modalities and does not interfere with medical or psychological treatment, it is safe for all.

Let us walk through the process of a Reiki session with me would be like.

  1. We would chat for a few minutes (by phone or in person) about what is going on with you: mentally, emotionally, physically, and/or spiritually.

  2. You would then get into a comfortable position to receive the healing. If you are in person with me, I have you lay face up on a massage table. If we do the session remotely, you can be in whatever positioning feels best to you. Some people do it from their car, other's a park, or a quiet space in their home. The choice is yours.

  3. If in person, I respectfully and gently place my hands on or near each area of your fully clothed body including: head, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, belly, hips, knees, and feet. Reiki quietly supports the client’s natural healing process from 45-90 minutes depending on desired session length. During this time, I encourage you to be present with your body and share anything that may arise: questions, comments, concerns are all welcomed and can be discussed while I perform the healing. This is how I integrate my coaching and Reiki. You may experience warmth, tingling or other physical sensations, which is simply energy moving and healing occurring.

  4. During the session, I relay the intuitive messages your body is showing me. I may also ask questions I feel guided to ask, which allows us to work as team to clarify what is hindering you and how to move through it.

  5. We discuss as much or as little as you need. Each session is different as each time you show up there are different topics that arise and/or things you decide you want to work through.
